An Entire Information Ecosystem

Bruce Kessler, MS, GISP, CTT+
Kessler GIS
"By turning over control of my computer to you my problems were quickly resolved. I learned to find and begin to interpret the error message on the lower right side of the screen.
I learned that I can verify my SQL Query entries to check for typos which caused some of my problems. I also learned that I had a layer problem with the county labels overriding the highway markers; while we were at it I learned to rotate my highway symbols to horizontal.
My problems were solved and I picked up a lot of new information in a very short time."

1. On the Kessler GIS WebEx site, click on the associated 'Register' link for your class to continue registration. You must supply payment information. In most cases, this will be a credit card number. If you wish, you can call course host with the number and supply it over the phone after you have filled out the registration form. Some people want to pay via invoice or check. Contact Kessler GIS directly to set this up.
2. After submitting your registration, you should immediately receive a message from messenger@webex.com about your pending registration confirmation. If the class is full, you are notified in this email that you are on a wait-list. It may be your junk mail folder. If you don't receive this message, contact Kessler GIS immediately.
3. Your pending status will remain until there are a minimum number of students registered for the class.
4. When the minimum number of students have registered, your credit card will be processed. If you have not supplied payment information, you will not be approved.
5. Once you are approved by the host (first registered / first approved), you will receive a confirmation email from messenger@webex.com with instructions for joining the session. You will also receive a message from Kessler GIS with much more information about the class, including instructions about downloading.
6. You will receive a sales receipt within approximately 5 working days after the payment is received.
7. Be prepared with your communication device: headset with microphone (VOIP*), speakers (VOIP), or telephone. If you will be using just speakers or a headset with no microphone, you can only communicate to me by typing. If you have problems connecting, I will attempt to help briefly but must continue with the class if it causes significant delay.
8. On the day of the class, you may join the session ½ hour before to test your equipment.
*VOIP: Voice Over Internet Protocol (may experience a little lag and voice quality breakup, but has proven to be very adequate) AND saves you registration fees!
